Small-Scale New Concrete Pours: When Leveling Won't Cut It
Small-scale new concrete pours for sidewalks, slabs, and pads when leveling isn't the right answer.
What is New Pours?
Sometimes a slab is too crumbled, missing, or structurally compromised to lift. We handle small-scale new pours so you don't have to bring in a separate contractor. Honest scope: if leveling is cheaper and works, we'll tell you.
Honest scope, every time
Some concrete crews quote replacement first because it’s the bigger ticket. We don’t. If we walk your site and see that lifting your existing slab gets you the same result for a fraction of the cost, that’s what we’ll quote.
But sometimes leveling really isn’t the right answer. The slab is too crumbled, missing in sections, or structurally cracked through the reinforcement. In those cases we handle the small-scale new pour ourselves, so you don’t have to bring in a second contractor.

What we handle
- Sidewalk patches and section replacement
- Single-slab driveway section pours
- Residential pads (HVAC, generator, shed bases)
- Small-scale step or porch reconstruction
- ADA ramp pours
What we don’t handle
We’re a leveling crew first. For large new construction (full driveway, full patio, new pool deck), we’ll refer you to a trusted local pour crew. We’d rather hand off a job we can’t deliver perfectly than pretend it’s our specialty.
Pricing
Most small-scale pours run $1,200-$6,000 depending on size and access. Free on-site assessment, no obligation, honest scope.

What Metro Detroit customers say about our work.
"Armando's crew lifted our sunken driveway in Sterling Heights back to grade in one afternoon. The 3/8-inch holes were almost invisible after they patched them. Saved us close to $5,000 vs. tearing out and repouring."
"We had a real trip-hazard problem at our retail plaza in Dearborn, exposure was a worry. Their commercial team came out, gave us an honest assessment, and brought everything back into ADA spec the next weekend. No subcontractors, no surprises."
